Do I pay a commission?
Property advertisers pay a one off fee to place a property on our website. This fee is paid annually. As International Holiday Lettings charge 0% commission, this one off payment becomes an essential part of the Property Advertisers marketing strategy.

What upgrades are available?
International Holiday Lettings has a number of upgrades that can be purchased. The upgrades that we have available include:-
Featured Property: Want your property to stand out from the crowd? Are you sure as long as people can just see your property advert quick enough your bookings would increase? If so then promoting your property through our Featured section is a must for you.
All pages on the site will have 5 properties on the left hand side that, for a specific country will have properties displayed there and these properties will rotate on a random basis each time a new page is opened or refreshed. They will also feature on the more general pages like the Home Page for example. Again the properties will be randomly rotated each time the page is refreshed or changed. Having a Featured
Property really makes your property stand out and get that all important extra coverage to help increase your rentals.
Early Saver promotion: Are you someone that likes to have your void periods filled up as early as possible. Perhaps you always have the same times of year that need extra attention and effort to get the property filled. If so then advertising your property here is certainly for you. Many holiday makers, upon return from their most recent holiday, like to book in advance for their next break away. If you would like to advertise your property to this audience and organize your rentals at least 6 months in advance giving you piece of mind, then your property must be seen in this section of the site.
Late Offers promotion: Unexpected last minute void to fill? At a time in the year where it is always difficult to find guests? If this is the case then advertising your property in the Late Offers section will definitely increase exposure to your advertised properties. With more Holiday Makers then ever opting for a “last minute bargain” advertising here could be the push required to fill those looming void periods. If you want to increase your exposure for guests looking to travel within the next 2 months then this is the place for your property to be seen.
Image Pack: A picture paints a thousand words, and this has never been truer than when it comes to property. Holiday makers want to see as many images of the property they will be visiting as possible. Images of the local attractions may help you to give your property the cutting edge over the competition.
With International Holiday Lettings you can have up to 20 images per property and we recommend you try and make the most of this with some stunning images that will capture the minds of your potential guests.
The image pack allows Advertisers with a Value Package to add up to 8 further images for a low one off yearly fee of just £10.00. So if you are advertising with the Value Package and you want to show off your property, and all it’s location has to offer, then the Image Pack is for you.
Reciprocal Link to your website: If you have your own website, International Holiday Lettings offers you an opportunity to put your website link onto your property details. This gives you a chance to provide more information regarding your property to potential guests looking at your property details. All you need to do is call through to our office with your unique IPR property number and your website URL address. We will check the website and make sure that it falls inside our Terms and Conditions for website links. A link will be added to your listing by us within 5 working days. You must create a link back to International Holiday Lettings and your specific page by copying in your unique URL onto your website links page. Should a link to our site not be on your website, International Holiday Lettings reserves the right to remove the link to your site without notice.
Private Web Link: If you have your own website, International Holiday Lettings offers you an opportunity to put your website link onto your property details. This gives you a chance to provide more information regarding your property to potential guests looking at your property details. All you need to do is call through to our office with your unique IPR property number and your website URL address. We will check the website and ensure it adheres to our Terms and Conditions for website links. A link will be added to your listing by us within 5 working days. As there is no link back to our website there will be a small charge of £10.00 per year, per link. If however you offer a link back to International Holiday Lettings then there would be no charge.

Do you advertise Ski Properties to rent?
Yes, we will be releasing our sister company Ski Property Rental in June 2009. However ski properties can be advertised on International Holiday Lettings and will be automatically advertised on both websites once released.

Can I set up a standing order to pay you annually?
Yes, we encourage this to enable peace of mind and to ensure you don’t miss out on any “hot” holiday makers. This can be achieved over the secure WorldPay facility via the FuturePay option. If you would like help with this, call one of our experienced team members who will be happy to help.

What do I do if my property is in an area that is not currently listed on your site?
With an ever growing number of countries in the world (currently 196) and thousands of changing regions it is difficult to list all the countries, regions and the main towns. How many photos’ can I upload?
It depends on the package you choose. Our “Value Package” allows up to 12 photos, but our “All Inclusive Package” allows up to 20 photos. Can I change my photos on a regular basis?

Can I add my personal website address to my advert?
Yes absolutely. You can do this for free when you also have a reciprocal link to http://www.internationalholidaylettings.com. Having a link to and from International Holiday Lettings website will also help to optimise your website. However if you do not wish to have a link from our website you can still advertise your personal website address (non reciprocal link) for a small fee.

Can I advertise my International Holiday Lettings “Property Number” in other medias?
Yes, we would advise you to self promote and quote your Property Number wherever possible. Ideas that have helped in the past are: As a signature of an email address, Press adverts (next to your telephone number) and letter drops. We would recommend you advertise your Property Number anywhere you advertise your property.
How do I maximise my advert?
