	Villa SMC is in an excellant location with stunning views. 5km from Sunny Beach, 5km from St Vlas and the new marina. 5km from the ancient town of Nessebar Our luxury villa is located in the tranquil and beautiful area of Almond Hills. The area is very peaceful so you will feel totally relaxed on arrival. If it is a great nightlife you are looking for it is just a 5 minute drive away in Sunny beach, but if you don't want to drive just a few minutes walk away from the villa on the main road there is a local bus service. Sunny beach is stunning with all the water sport activity you could wish for windsurfing, water skiing, para sailing etc. If you like shopping 'girls' sunny beach and Nessebar are excellant locations, you can buy lots of local crafts and the silver is beautiful the designs are really different. Our villa has everything you could possibly need for a great time including its own 10m x 5m swimming pool, we also have a lawned area so that children can play if they do not wish to swim. Travel Information
	Local airport's are bourgas/Varna. Cheaper flights are available at the moment to Varna but this will be a longer transfer time (but the combined price for flight/transfer is still sometimes cheaper than flying to Bourgas). We can also arrange car hire for you, with delivery of the car to the villa as and when you require.

Booking Conditions
	SMC HOLIDAY HOMES BULGARIA No 2 Lulin Street Sunny Beach Resort Booking procedure and Terms & Conditions To make a booking, you should first check that your chosen holiday home is available on the date you require by contacting us by email or telephone. If instructed, we will then make a provisional booking for you, which we will hold for 7 days. To confirm the booking we require a completed and signed booking form together with a 50% deposit. If you are booking within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, payment in full is required. Booking conditions 1. Once the company has issued the holiday confirmation, the contract is between you and the company. 2. The company shall not incur any liability for damages of consequential loss: or for cancellation due to circumstances beyond the company’s control including war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions. 3. Should you be compelled to cancel your holiday, please inform us as soon as the reason for cancellation occurs. If cancelled less than 8 weeks before commencement of holiday – loss of deposit. If cancelled later than 4 weeks before commencement of holiday – loss of 50% full payment. If cancelled less than 4 weeks before commencement of holiday – Total loss of full payment. 4. You, the holidaymaker, agree to keep the holiday home in its entirety in the same condition as at the commencement of your holiday. You, the holidaymaker, also agree to compensate the property owner for any breakages incurred during your holiday, or excess cleaning required. N.B You are required to pay £150 refundable deposit against breakages with the final payment. 5. The company is not responsible for any damage to persons or their property whilst resident in their holiday home. The use of the holiday home is subject to the owner/operator regulation and the local/international law. 6. In the unfortunate situation where there is a complaint would you please give us the opportunity to investigate the matter by contacting us, we will make every effort to make sure your complaint is handled quickly and efficiently. In no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday has ended, when the visitor has denied the company the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavouring to put matters right during the holiday. 7. We will undertake to help solve any problems arising with regard to the holiday home. Complaints received only after the expiry of the holiday are invalid. The company is not responsible for annoyance through local flora and fauna. 8. The maximum number of persons allowed in each house is as stated in the brochure description. The number of persons occupying the holiday home should not differ from those entered on the booking form. No extra persons may be admitted without prior consent. An additional charge may be made for this. A breach of this condition may result in our right to terminate the reservation without refund. 9. The owner of the holiday home may be allowed any reasonable access to the property during the holiday tenancy by prior agreement. 10. You, the holidaymaker agree to abide by the dates agreed for your holiday, from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, until 10.00am on the day of departure unless by prior agreement. 11. Payment of the balance of the holiday charge should be made at the latest 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. Failure to pay by the due date could lead to holiday cancellation with loss of deposit. 12. Our UK agent or SMC Limited will not take any reasonability for any personal accidents, loss or damage of any holiday maker’s personal property or any other liabilities generated by the holiday maker. All holiday markers should take out full holiday insurance which includes private medical insurance.
